The BEATS Project for me by Alfonso from Spain

The Spanish team I remember that day leaving my English class and saw that poster (Erasmus + Program, Beats) and felt a great interest in learning more and there was Maria to give me more information and feel still more interested. Then we were ready to start this adventure of learning and fun. We started the lessons and without realizing the mobility to Mieres was there and we had the important task of being the first hosts in a week that was going to become unforgettable. We started with some problems, but we surpassed ourselves and we went ahead trying to make the stay of our international mates as good as we could. And the end of the week arrived, and the moment of the sad farewell, because despite the short time, a great friendship was created among the participants. First day in Namur, by the Bruges team

Hello everyone! The team from Bruges were given the assignment to tell something about the first day in Namur. On Monday morning, May 14, we left Bruges early in the direction of Namur. Around 9:30 am we arrived at the Atheneum of Namur where we were warmly welcomed by Ms Marie Demazy. We met all other participants from different countries in a classroom. It was nice to see some acquaintances we had met in Estonia and Latvia. After we wished everyone a good morning, it was time for each country to introduce its participants. Everyone gave a short presentation in powerpoint. Afterwards, goodie bags and souvenirs were distributed and it was time for lunch in a restaurant in Namur. After the lunch, we returned to the school where we were divided into groups. The assignment was to start a business, which we had to present on Tuesday. That is how our first day in Namur ended. Mobility to Mieres: Day 3 in Avilés

Wednesday, 22nd November 2017 Day 3 On Tuesday we found out that they cancelled the visit to Pola del Acero in Aviles (Cluster of steel companies in Asturias). We started our program at 11am when the bus picked us up in front of the residence and took us to Avilés. As we knew that it was our task to write today’s report on a blog we decided to start a day by giving everyone Croatian chocolate After a half hour ride, we reached Aviles Port. The visit began at the conference hall where we met the director of the Port. After the reception, we made a bus tour through the docks of both banks of the estuary. They have shown us the capacity of the Port’s activities. As the citizens of a port city, we were amazed by capacity and position of the Aviles Port in comparison with Rijeka’s port. After this amazing sightseeing, we had lunch in Darsena restaurant.
